K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles carry a 5 million Public Liability Insurance, And Enhanced CRB.
"All our Electrical equipment is PAT Tested & protected by RCD socket for your safety".
Booking online "You the Hirer" Must leave a home contact telephone number
(Not a mobile number) when booking online as
K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles needs to make contact & confirm booking.
If we are unable to make contact within 14 days, the booking date will become available again.
The Hirer : Will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, and safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children.
The Hirer : Shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles in the event of damage. Nobody must be allowed to climb or hang on the walls of the castle or bounce on the front step.
The Hirer : Shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of
K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.
The Hire Period and Payment : Delivery times are from 9.00am till 12.00pm. More accurate delivery times can be attained the evening before. A responsible adult needs to be in to take delivery, to be shown safety procedures and to make full cash payment. Cash On Delivery please.
We have other castles to deliver on the day, and time is short so if you are not in between 9.00am and 12.00pm or if your garden is not ready or there is not sufficient clear access on the day, our driver will leave!
Unless otherwise agreed the hire period is from delivery until 6:00pm or after at the discretion of K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles, any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £20 per hour or part of.
Public Liability Insurance: It is strongley recomended that You "the hirer" take out your own PLI for your own peace of mind.
Hire Prices : shown are for the local area only, there would be an additional charge for any where we deem to be out of our area i.e.:- 10 miles radius.
Refusal : We have the right to refuse any castle booking on the day if you are not in, there is not enough clear access, the ground is not reasonably flat and clear from dog/cat faeces, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees, or where we think the castle will not be safely operated.
Important Notice : Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen, K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with (“YOU THE HIRER“).
It is strongly recommended that You "the hirer" has adequate
Public Liability Insurance covering his or her liability arising from
the use of the Bouncy Castles.

Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk.
The person / s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/ liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, & it is the sole responsibility of the hire to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
K.J’s Face Painting & Bouncy Castles cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
